A sad day

Today my Aunt Yalinda passed away at the age of 49. She died of blood clot. Please pray for my Uncle Bruce (my dad's brother) and their daughter Maggie who is 20 years old. They will need many prayers.

Yalinda Honeycutt Shepard -MACON - Yalinda Honeycutt Shepard, 49, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2008. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 11A.M., in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Michael C. Blizzard officiating. Mrs. Shepard was born to the late Walter E. Honeycutt, Jr. Laura Dail Honeycutt. She was a graduate of Southwest High School in 1977 and attended Macon Area Tech. -Mrs. Shepard was a former supervisor of medical records at the Middle Georgia Hospital. She is employed at the Medical Center of Central Georgia as a medical transcriptionist and attended Cornerstone Baptist Church. She was very passionate about her job, and enjoyed viewing real estate and spending time with her family and friends. -She is survived by her husband, Bruce Shepard of Macon; daughter, Maggie Dail Shepard of Macon; mother, Laura D. Honeycutt of Macon; brothers, Walter E. Honeycutt, III of Griffin, and Malcolm T. Honeycutt of Macon and sister, Shannon L. Honeycutt of Macon; father and mother-in-law, R.B. and Dot Shepard of Macon; brother-in-law, R.B. Shepard, III (Patty) of Huntsville, AL and sister-in-law, Neva Young (Tate) of Houston, TX. -The family will greet friends on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00P.M., at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. -In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church, Building Fund, 5399 Hartley Bridge Road, Macon GA 31216. -Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery has charge of the arrangements.
