We went to the Veteran's Day parade today. Will enjoyed seeing all the military vehicles, various rescue vehicles, and marching bands. Daddy did not get the day off so we went during his lunch time and packed a picnic lunch with us. It was overcast but was not too cold.
It was a nice time to reflect on how many people have served our country so we can enjoy life here in the USA. There were a couple of veterans sitting next to us and many people in the parade stopped and saluted them. We had a nice time and both boys fell asleep on the way home after we dropped Daddy off at work!
In the bottom pic both boys got little space shuttles from the NASA float.
