Chip had Friday off so we made use of the extra time and cleaned out our guest room. We are going to paint it sometime soon. For those of you who have not been to our house...the guest room is a dark pink. It was a little girl's room before we owned the house. We moved a lot of stuff to storage...yes we do have a storage unit..but plan to purge some items at our neighborhood garage sale coming up.
Will and Chip worked on getting "Will's" garden ready. He had fun using his big boy shovel and rake Pop bought him. Will's garden is 12 by 6 and Daddy's is 4 by 8. Now, how did Will end up with a bigger garden...so he can grow big things that he picked out at the store. We have corn, sunflowers, carrots, watermelon and pumpkin.
Ben had fun picking up the dirt and handing it to me...he did try a few bites though. Ben got a new "car" thanks to a gracious hand me down from Ms. Sarah. He loves moving the steering wheel and beeping the horn.
